well if you like more of a real life rpg experience morrowind on xbox in my opinion cant be beat well except for oblivion but that is on xbox360. basically you can do whatever you want kill someone in cold blood if they piss you off, steal everything that you can get your hands on, become a paid assasin, thief, fighter, mage, monk, knight, or you can even freelance without joining any guilds if you so choose. you select the way your character looks, gender, astrological symbol which effects your character in various forms, the skills your character can use be it lockpicking, alchemy, destruction magic, regenerative magic, illusionary magic, long blades, short blades, blunt weapons, marksmanship, and well alot of other things if you would like to know more then send me an i\m and i will be glad to tell you more but it would be too much to say in this form. i literally could be here for hours just telling you about it that is how big this game is not to mention the weapons that you can aquire the books and other misilaneous items it really is a big world and you decide how you want to live it, yes there are guards and penalties for your crimes and you can be kicked out of a guild for killing another member of the guild or for stealling from it but it really has a lot of depth not to mention a great story line for the main quest and for all of the different guilds. the only thing about this game that is a drawback is the fact that is doesnt play online only offline but it really is a fun game that can keep you playing for months straight. you can even continue the game even after you complete all of the quests with one character, ive got one that ive used for the past 2 years and it still hasnt gotten old. well hope i was helpful gotta go bye

What definitely everyone above me suggested. There are some categories interior the RPG classification however. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is desperate up so as that the participant walks everywhere and fights by working as much as somebody and hitting them together with his sword. a series like very final fantasy or memories of... , although, is likewise an RPG, yet while one meets an enemy, definitely everyone is going right into a conflict scene. that's frequently turn-based; (definitely everyone stands nonetheless at an identical time as each and each participant slashes him interior the face.) or genuine-time; (definitely everyone strikes and assaults at as quickly as.) those are the two substantial varieties, yet any game wherein one travels around, with or with out celebration of friends, and ranges up is an RPG. i in my view have not performed Oblivion very plenty, yet definitely everyone i comprehend who has performed it just about worships it.

Omg, you haven't played any Zelda! RUN, don't walk, to the following site and download Zelda Classic:
http://www.zeldaclassic.com/
Your PC may not be a gaming powerhouse, but this doesn't require a lot of horsepower. And it's definitely worth the install just to see if you can play it. Good luck!

I request Xenosaga. The graphics are awsome. Story line, battle systems, and also the characters were well thought out. I'm an RPG researcher, and I am researching and writhing my reports on them. The episodes in order are: 1:Der Wille zer Macht, 2:Jenseits von Gut und Bose, and 3:Also sprach Zarathustra. I'll give you a little tutroial on Xenosaga. As you start out Xenosaga episode 1, you meet your two of your main characters:Shion Uzuki & KOS-MOS. You the game in what they call the KOS-MOS simulator. The KOS-MOS simualtor is the place where they test KOS-MOS. KOS-MOS is an android designed to take out the Gnosis, an alien race that apeared I think 14 years ago. Shion Uzuki is KOS-MOS' 2nd creator. The 1st creator was killed by KOS-MOS. Any way, it starts out by telling you the basics of combat, and such things like that. When you feel like you have the hang of the battle system, the tutorial ends, but you must defeat an enemy to get to the actual simulator. Once you have done so, you must find your way through the simulator, and out. Once you have exited the simulator, you return to the Woglinde. The Woglinde is a star ship, on which the first actual part of the story begins. When you get to the Woglinde, you must do numerous tasks inorder to get to the really exiting yet kindof scary part, which ends the first part of the game. An attack of the Gnosis happens aboard the Woglinde, and you must fight, and fight inorder to escape on an escape pod. Once you have done so, you enter a few scenes and then you have completed the first part. The 2nd part is really easy. In the 2nd part, you meet two other main characters:Ziggy & MOMO. The stroy here is that a little very special girl named MOMO, has been captured by an evil group known as U-TIC. The captured this gril because she carries a special data known as the Y-Data. *Note* This girl isn't human, she is a realian(synthetic human). The group known as the Sub-Comittee, sent a cyborg named Ziggaruat 8, to rescue her. *Note* A cyborg is person whom is half robot, half human. MOMO names Ziggaruat 8, Ziggy. As Ziggy, you must explore through Pleroma, U-TIC's base, and palce MOMO is being held captive in a cell. When you find MOMO, you must find a key to unlock her cell. You must now take on a mini boss. After you have won the battle, obtain the key from the chest, return to MOMO. After that, go through Pleroma again, but this time MOMO is with you. Inorder to get out of Pleroma, you must fight another boss fight. After you have won, you must encounter another, but this time, you don't have to win. Unfortunatley you probably wont. After all of this hard work, you are ready for the 3rd part of the game. Here, you meet another main character named Chaos. The story now is that it goes back to Shion & KOS-MOS. KOS-MOS finds a space craft out in space, called the Elsa. When KOS-MOS comes aboard, she tells the Elsa crew to pick up Shion. Shion now comes aboard the Elsa. (I forgot to say that a man named Allen also comes along.) Allen is a non-playable character. Now, after a few scenes, and task completions, Ziggy and MOMO come aboard the Elsa. You now have 5 of your main characters together. Complete some more tasks, and go through a few more scenes, and then you may proceed to the 4th part of the game. In the 4th part of the game, you meet your 6th and final main character, Jr. You go onboard a U-TIC battle ship. It's not Pleroma. You must complete several tasks inorder to complete this part. A tough boss awaits you at the end. Be careful. After you have defeated the boss, you now move onto the 5th part of the game. (You still have a long ways to go!) You are now brought to the Dock Colony. It is a place where the repair broken space ships. You are really starting out this part on the Elsa, but then you go to the Dock Colony. At the same time, a scene happens, which brings you to the final part of the 5th part of the game. You are brought onto a Gnosis ship called Cathedral Ship. You must fight, explore, and complete numerous tasks before you are allowed to leave. Once you have fought all the boss fights, you may now leave and enter part 6. Part 6, is where fianlly all of your main characters come together. Jr. now joins your party. You are now on the Durandal for the 6th part of the game. As usual, complete tasks, and you will be on your way. At the 7th part, you are on the Kukai Foundation. Do what you have to to get off the foundation. Part 8 is where it gets difficult. Part 8 you are in the encephalon. You are on the planet old Miltia during the Miltian Conflict. But on the Durandal, you must also fight battles. The Kukai Foundation (2nd part) is still part 8. After the encephalon, you return to the foundation. For part 9, you go to the Song Of Nephilim. Do the same thing about fighting, and completeing tasks. You will probably spend a lot of time here, so you need to get use to it. Finally! The 10th part! The final part of the game! Proto Merkabah. You MUST take your time on this part. It takes good accuracy and precision. Many bosses and strong enemies, so be on the look out! When you complete Proto Merkabah, save the Clear Data. P.S. contact me for Xenosaga episode 2:Jenseits von Gut und Bose. I know just about everything.
