You should feel terrible. What kind of friend dares another to do something that is dangerous? With a friend like you, who needs an enemy? You may not be a murderer, but you, sure as heck, should carry a lot of blame for what happened. Your friend should have known better, but you came up with the stupid idea. I hope that you have learned something from this and will not put anyone else in a dangerous situation for your own amusement. If I were related to your friend, I would never forgive you for what you did. But, you are probably not telling anyone about your part in the little death game, are you? I don't know how you can live with yourself, the guilt would destroy me.

You should feel terrible for making up such a stupid story.
First of all if it really did happen, both you and your friend would be an idiot for standing behind a horse and and suggesting it and then him for doing it; however I think you are just being an idiot now because if that had really happened, you wouldn't be on the computer today talking about it.
Grow up!

your not terrible or a murder. It's just kind of bad you dared someone to do it. Your friend was the dumb guy (no offense to anyone) to go up and try and flick the horse in it's private. So it's kind of his fault. But it's also a little bit of your fault for daring him. The horse is the acutally person who killed him so your not litterially the murder.

Your feelings show you have a heart because of the remorse you have, you learned a lesson that some practicle jokes can be fatal. Forgive yourself and ask God to forgive you, it's 50/50 your friend went along with it, you didn't hold a gun to his head, all you did is made a suggestion and he took it, he could of turned it down. If I tell you to go jump off the empire state building will you go do it?

I hope this is a joke, but it's not funny. You might be found guilty of manslaughter, but not murder because you didn't form an intent to kill him. Then again a judge might decide he did it to himself. I don't know because I'm not a lawyer or a judge. If it's true, go tell the police what happened and take your chances. Otherwise you won't be able to live with it.

Murder requires malicious intent. You did not have malicious intent I assume. At least you didnt believe that the horse would kill your friend. Bottom line is that he agreed to do something insanely stupid so I would say that it's not your fault. Sorry about your friend (assuming your story is true!)

Don't rise to this jerk. For someone grieving for the loss of his friend that might have been his fault, he's spent a lot of time on Y!A this past hour answering frivolous questions before he got around to this.

Nah - - - you are just a jerk, your friend was stupid to do what you said and even dumber for not stepping out of the way. Grieve and then get on with your life.
