I no on a honda, trace 7 wires from ignition switch, to the relay.Under the dash.

I'm not sure, but I'll be home wed. night and I can look in my book. Those things just don't give problems. More likely a bad fuel pump. Is it pumping fuel at all when you take the main line from the fuel pump? Ask again at the end of the week and I can look to see in my book. Best of luck....my 95 Legacy has 205K on it now. Hope to keep it forever. Lifetime corrosion free guarantee ya know.

In the tank
You have to drain and drop the tank to replace the fuel pump

under hood or under dash i aint sure but thats the only place they put them
