my county is under an excessive heat watch.can you tell me ideas i can do in the heat and how to cool down.To cool down besides these answers:
drink water or liquids
air conditioner
stay inside.

when you go outside...dont wear thick clothes and dark-coloured clothed or shirts... wear light-coloured ones so that air can pass through and so that your shirt wont catch too much sun rays and heat... unlike black which absorbs heat and definitely you'll feel hot...

A lot depends on the humidity. If the humdiity is low evaporative cooling works quite well. In some parts of the Western US the air temperature may be 95-105 degrees F but the wet bulb temperature is in the 60-65 degree F range. Cooling tower water works for air conditioning.
If its a dry heat a wet towel around the neck will lower your body temperature due to evaporative cooling.
If its high humidity, better just limit your activities. Evaporative cooling might help a little but probably not much.

PLACE HALF ICE CUBES AND HALF WATER IN UR BATH TUB AND SIT NAKED IN THE TUB.IT WILL BE HEAVEN WHEN IT IS TOO HOT OUT THERE.
