We have a stackable frigidaire electrolux dryer, it has a very loud buzzer that rings before the dry cycle is finished and I'd like to disconnect it. Its so loud I practically jump out of my skin when it goes off and there's no way we could put a load in to dry and go to sleep with that thing going off.

There's got to be a service panel somewhere on that dryer. Take the screws out, end a cycle, and find the buzzer. Unplug the wires on it, or stick something in it to quiet it up.

Good Luck

many brands have an off switch somewhere. if not check with the manual, a turn of a screw may take care of the problem.
