If a Jewish person goes to court and is asked to put their right hand on the Bible, do they use a Torah instead?

You don't use a book, you stick your hand in the air. Even back when they did that, you could not use the bible if you didn't want to.
Why is this question here anyways? Unless we are supposed to see the hidden meaning on how to find the right makeup for court, this doesn't have anything to do with makeup.

First. Why is this a 'make up' question?
Second: The U.S. courts are secular, they do not have you swear on a bible, You raise your right hand and take an oath before the court to tell the truth. ..No book.
There was a time when a bible was commonly used to swear an oath to the court, however, even then a non-christian could opt not to do so.
If you want to swear on a book or bible in a U.S. court you must bring it yourself.

People no longer have to place a hand on any bible to swear that they're telling the truth.
A Torah is a parchment attached to two scrolls generally. It can also be in a book and called a Tanach, I believe.

Jews are used to dealing with the majority religion enough to either deal with the Christian Bible the government uses, or if they really want to, ask for the Jewish Bible, or not use the Bible at all (which you're allowed to do!)

dang. in all the courts i've been in, i've never seen nobody have to swear on a bible. that must be somthin they only just show on tv for dramatic effect
btw... did you know that "testify" comes from when they had to swear on their testicles?
