She must first know you in order to like you, but you can't make her like you. Introduce yourself, get to know each other, and see what happens.

Most important is to be yourself when she is there, know her and dont be shy to talk to her, treat her like a go friend of yours. be patient, some girls dont react that fast, it might take days to weeks even months, it really depends. Giving her a bunch of roses the first day you know her is not a smart thing to do. Also, give her space and time, calling and messaging her on the phone everyday wont be smart. Normally, wait for her to start the conversation, yes I know it is hard and very tempting to make a move first yourself, but I suggest you dont. if you do, she might think you are stalking her. Also, dont hang around with other girls too much, she might get jealous and lose interest in you. Be a gentlemen at all times. such as helping her carry books and opening doors for her. Good luck

I would ask her to go to a function where other will be and give her a change to get to know you. Afterwords give her a call and ask her out more like a date of the first out went well I doubt she will say no to the second.

Be nice to her. also ask questions and learn more about her. try hanging out with her in a group at first (her friends and yours) so it won't be awkward. Perhaps bowling, a concert, or a movie. but most importantly, be yourself.

find a way to hang out with her and be your self get to know her and ask her out. The main thing is to find a way to be friends with her. If you are friends (i don't know) still get to know her more...
Find out what she likes and must important be YOUR SELF.
