The Kinks, definitely. I like the Who as well but they don't have the same variety of music as The Kinks. Pete Townshend's more a rhythm guitarist, whereas Dave Davies is truly an innovative lead guitarist.

*sigh* Neither. The Who never did die before they got old... they just got VERY old. The Kinks, well after a couple of hits just got too intellectual and obtuse for most listeners to fathom. Too bad for all of us...
