Creative Aurvana vs. Shure E2C?

Question

Soon purchasing either a Zen Sleek or Vision M Creative MP3 player. Looking for some nice earphones to accompany.

Since both brands are comparably priced, which would be the better buy? I've read reviews stating that the Aurvana is a little more balanced sound, but I dunno...

I'm gonna be the tie breaker on this since there's one vote for each so far. Go with Shure.

Yeah, Creative have been in the business of making sound cards and what not, they are in the business of making really cheap sound cards and computer speakers. They have a few high end models, but let's face it. They are the cheapest ones out there.

Having come from the pro music scene myself, Shure is a mid to high end brand musical electronics, mostly microphones or live stage performance products. I believe the E2C was originally developed for musicians performing live on stage where they needed true to life sound and great performing noise reduction ability so that when they start singing on stage, they aren't singing off-key, etc.

Just based on the history of the two companies alone, there's no questions that Shure is the sure bet.

Had e2c for like almost 1 yr now. absolutely love it.
You should know that Shure makes one of the best earphones,
and are usually used by professional musicians.

I cant say Metallica could be everywhere as stable as pink floyd or led zeppelin. Led zeppelin had an excellent sound and sense, yet curiously an excellent style of songs on there albums they didnt write (riffs) and maximum of there music is fueled by using drugs. i think of pink floyd grew to become right into a wiser band with greater effective shape and killer guitar solos. pink floyd for me :)

well creative is a world wide leader in audio technology and are backed up by there sound cards and speakers and mp3 players take ur pic... creative
