Going to Europe?

I asked this question before but I didn't get the answers I wanted. I didn't ask WHERE to go in Europe (I know that I am going to Ukraine, I am from there and that's where I want to go). I asked WHEN in the summer to go. and FROM WHERE to buy the tickets and WHEN to buy the tickets. thank you
