Such as putting me as a "Limited" instead of "computer administrator", or changing my desktop or screensaver? I have a login password, but my sister is still playing with my account. How can I stop this?

She has an account of her own; I cant make her a guest user. And if I made her a limited account, my mom would kill me.

Unlike the fighst for TV remotes, where each TV comes with only one remote control unit, Windows unfortunately allows more than one Administrator account for a computer. Hence, as long as your sister has an Admnistrator account you can't stop her from playing with your account. Only way to stop it is by changing her account to a Limited or Guest account, which you say is not possible. However, if you are concerned about some of your sensitive files which you dont want your sister to look at, you can install a free file protector which will enable to put password on your folders. I have used Remora USB file guard and it served the purpose. It's free to download, just do a google search and you'll find many download links.

Become the Admisistrator, and use a password. If your sister has an account on the same computer, make her's a "Limited or Guest". Then click on the Start Menu> My Computer> Right click on "Your Name" Documents> Properties and check the "Hidden" box. This disables anyone other than your account to access your files.

Change your name to administrator and hers to limited. Set a password for your account.
