there is no way. tanning is a form of sun damage. its bad!!

try a mystic tan. is fast, easy, and done in one time. may be tricky your first time, but you'll get the hang of it. make sure to get level 2 otherwise it'll be too much.

dont tan for a few hours in one day
tan for about 30 minutes-1hour a day
then dont for a day
and then the next dya, tan again
and so on untill you reach ur goal

go to the store and by BROWN tanning lotion or spray that has an SPF of either 4 or 15. put it on every hour, and you'll be tan, and unburnt :)
