Open wounds are an easy entrance for bacteria of all kinds. While it is possible to contract HIV by doing this, it is unlikely unless you have open wounds. If you are concerned, you can be tested for the virus early on and there are suppressant drugs to lower the risk.

NO......First the women would have to have HIV, if shes doesn't have it then NO. If she does have HIV, you would have to have an open wound. If you don't NO.... If yes, you do have an open wound it is possible but not guaranteed.
