to make stained glass patterns larger or smaller?

Use the percent scale at the "Kinkos" of your choice set the original size on the correct scale, the desired size on the copy scale and read the percentage, plug it into the machine and push the button + or -$3.00 for big prints, pennies for the smaller(11x14). Or you can use a pantograph and make yourself crazy...Thank you Jesus for a little technology! Niether of these is free but neither is the Opaque or overhead projector you have to use otherwise. I do this with modle airplane plans all the time

kinko's open all night, no shipping and handling charge, buy the paper, do the work, print pay go home

also local printers if it isn't copyrighted material and office supply stores like Office Max
