Think that the Suns are the best team in the west, and the Bulls are the best team in the east?

That's stupid, just because you get one player doesn't make your team the best in the Nba, I believe The Spurs and Detroit are still without a doubt the two best teams in the league.

Both teams made some good off season moves, but until they actually take the court, it's all just speculation. Right now the Heat and Mavs are the two best teams in the league.

The Bulls getting Wallace takes a team that was already very good defensively and makes them better. But I think a lot of it is that people want to see the Bulls regain they had back inthe Jordan era.
The Suns are already an elite team in the west without Amare last season, gettting him back is expected to make them even better. If he can get back close to his former level, that could give them the extra they need to finally get past the West finals.

The bulls made strides last year and adding Tyrus Thomas "hopefully" gives the some more offensive fire power. Wallace upgrades from Chandler he rebounds, blocks, and scores better. The Suns DO get better with Stoudemire comming back. with all that being said I agree with you those aren't the two best teams in their conferences at best they are top 4!

Because of the Ben Wallace trade for the Bulls, and Amare Stoudamire will be back for the Suns.
But I don't think so.

as we know pre-season predictions could always go wrong for example new jersey nets were hot in pre-season when it came to play-offs they couldnt handle it.
