No. That's propoganda. He doesn't care about poor people. So if you are poor, regardless of race, then you have something to worry about. Unfortunately this isn't a Republican or Democrat problem. Most senators, legislators, and other politicians don't care about the poor either. And raising minimum wage to $7 an hour is only a ploy to gain votes from the poor and working class masses at election time. It's not a living wage, not even if you have several people in the same household working full time at that wage. Concentrate on the issues, not the race, if you want the truth.

Bush doesn't care about anyone or anything except his bank account and power.No he doesn't care about black people because they historically vote Democratic.Why should he care ,he is pandering now towards the Mexican people to barter amnesty for votes for republicans as the great savior.
