If you put up with your best friend's whining and complaining about their family and boyfriends and EVERY LITTLE PROBLEM under the sun for 5 years and then they decided to STAB YOU IN THE BACK by making up rumors and talking bad about you and telling people you are a lesbian, would you be pissed? Cuz I sure am..... An I'm a little hurt. I thought this girl was my best friend for five years. And as soon as she starts dating my ex-boyfriend she starts putting me down and making up rumors. She didn't even ask if it would bother me if she dated him. Which I was going to just let go because she WAS my best friend but now...I don't know.

obviously it's making you angry- you shouldn't be asking other people. It's a situation you need to take care of with your friend, and work things out with.

Tell everyone she said that your a lesbian and she is just putting you down for no reason cause she's going out with your ex-boyfriend!
Then if you like have a newspaper article or your the announcer on the intercom at school or wherever tell everyone about what she's done and clear your name.
Just talk to her too.
Ask her why she is doing this stuff and tell her the truth about how bad she has been over 5 years If she just gets snobby again just let her go and let her out of your life because if she wants to go let her cause she's missing out on a great friend for five years.
Because if she was a real friend she wouldnt spread rumors and just talk all about her self to you and not care about your feelings she would do the opposite of all those things.
If your as great of a friend as you say you are you'll make new best friends because this is just a learning experiance so you are more aleart in life and know not to trust ppl so easily or you can get hurt many more times like this throughout your life so this is just to help you in life not to crush you even though it may seem that way.

I think you nailed it right now the head "WAS" your best friend. For starters, she should have never dated your ex-boyfriend. She should have had more respect for you than that. And now she has become a back stabber to boot. It is time for you to get another "real" friend.

no it wont make me angry. i'm the type of person that dont worry about what people say about me and rumors. just as long as they dont touch me i cool.
hey start a rumor about her and u ex boyfriend... that u know a secret about him, he has hiv and she dont know it. then when they break up wont no one want either of them.

I think you should jus stop talking to her. She has different morals than you and it's completely wrong what you did. I hate it when you try to be good to a person who doesn't even appreciate their life or ANYTHING you ever did for them. My cousin took advantage of me like that.
