you just started your period, and the last question that you asked was about wild sex stories. and you told the best answer person that you picked up one her dominatrix books. well let's hope that you will continue to get your period for a while, and that there won't a time in the near future where you go 9 months without it. as far as advice on what to do with your period. i would talk to an adult in your family. i personally recommend tampons, but you might not like them right now.
you are turning into a woman please be careful, and don't keep a good head on your shoulders. you have a bright future ahead of you.

Take ibuprofen regularly around the clock - it inhibits the hormones that cause cramps. Also, buy the pads that are ultra-thin with wings or use tampons. Avoid caffeine and large amounts of salt, since it will make the bloating worse. Drink plenty of water and get a good amount of rest. Also, shower daily or twice a day - the hot water helps relax your muscles, and keeps odor down. :)

Wear pads for the first few weeks or even months, use tampons when you start feeling more ready and comfortable for something to go up there...protective sex (LOL) and umm...like the person said above, always carry around extra pads or an extra pair of underwear in case you leak.
Good luck! You're a woman now, LOL

Hi, First of all Make sure you tell you mom or another adult you trust. It can hurt sometimes. But if it hurts too bad you can get medicine to take away the pain. And make sure you never use a Pad or Tampon for more than 4 hours.
I g2g.
Bye~bye

When you first start, don't use tampons (unless you are swimming) use pads depending on how heavy your flow is.
