My wife has been on this pill for 2months now and she hasnt had a period and she is getting worried that she may be pregnant.. she did however have a VERY Little spotted type blood a few weeks back but it was bearly nothing
Has anyone else had this experiance or should she just take a test??

Hello...........I'm normally on babytalk or toddler boards but need some advice. My son is a year old and pre TTC I was on MIcronor (POP) without complication - fell for Z within four months and postnatally went back onto MIcronor after about 12 weeks..............Disaster! Intermittent bleeds to the point where I was bleeding more than I wasn't if you follow.
Anyhoo, then get put on Cerazette...............was ok for a while but then started to notice that approx 24 hours after we ermm did the deed, I get a very light bleed. This can last anything from a day to five like a normal period would. Now I'm normally fairly good and take it at the same time every morning but at weekends (which tends to be when I have enough energy to do the "other"!) it is later sometimes hours later.
Here's the thing - info on line seems to come from two camps - some say that if you don't take your pill within the three hour window, you must use other contraception for a week. The other camp states that this is the newest shiniest pill of it's kind blahblahblah and that if it's taken within a 12 hour period you're fine and outside 12 hours it's still so effective that week with extra protection becomes 48 hours!!
The first couple of months on it were just like this - intermittent bleeds - sometimes 24 hours post coital sometimes just "because!" then it all settled- the last 6 weeks or so - same thing - this poxy bleeding. INterstingly, from Sunday, (I did take the pill within a 12 not 3 hour window) I felt really flat and apathetic.................building up to today when I have to say I feel so horribly PMT-ish it's not true.......................I want to eat rubbish, feel so uptight I could snap and could sob like a river popping the dam if someone so much as said boo to me. I feel eggy, pi**ed of and generally disagreeable - severely hormonal. Here's the thing though; I have an appt on Thursday with the Doc and I know they'll start banging on about the bloody coil which for personal reasons I REALLY don't want - do I have a smear (had one just before we TTC'D so just over 2 years ago and was fine) and if all ok just continue with this damn pill - fell so crappy today - I don't think I'll read this back as I will sound like a rambling maniac - I'mnot freaking about cervical cancer as I know that in most cases it's linked with immediate post coital bleeding - but I'm getting to the stage where the thought of ermm - bumping uglies is too much hassle as I get this scenario

if she missed taking a pill this can happen but i would take a test to put her mind at rest as you can spot when pregnant
