It may be mucus rather than pus, they are similar. It may be a precursor to your period. To relax, please call your doctor and follow her/his instructions.

It's obvious you need to see your doc,but it may be part of your period if it's around that time or you could have a seriously bad infection! If you are running a fever w/ it go to the ER but if not then set--up an appt ASAP! It could be anything but I am opting for infection! Hope you feel better!

Excuse me, but why is this question in the "Men's Health" section? Men don't have vaginas. And yes, please do go see a GYN ASAP. The symptoms you describe are not normal; if it's some sort of infection and it is left untreated, you could become septic, and this is a medical emergency.

When did you have your transgender operation? Probably just stitches coming loose! Your new vagina might still be under warranty. Take it back, maybe they'll replace it with a newer model!
