Most states now allow an ad in the local newspaper run for 30 days or mentioning the forementioned action against him will serve notice and the divorce proceeds without him just as if he was served and doesnt want to appear in court. Good luck

If the respond ant cannot be found, the petition must be made public through the newspaper. You go on and work through as if the respondent will show up at the hearing. When the hearing is held and no one show up you will be awarded the divorce.

Check with you county court house. They will try and find you. Some times they even have the sheriff dept or police dept. serve them. Best not to run, except what has happened. Pem
