I think this is a very good question, and I personal think it should be legalized, why?
Well, if it were legal, then some of these females who feel like that is all they can do to keep food on the table and a roof over their family's head and clothes on their babies back, should I go on?
May be they could get health insurance and take better care of themselves, Oh yeah! then they could pay taxes and get off of public assistant.
Then may be they could get rid of these guys who called themselves pimps, who say that they protect the female, but in reality they abuse and use them more than the tricks do.sometimes, I heard this saying a long time ago.
"A Pimp is nothing but a Hoe's flunky"
May be, this could be a way for a lot of girls who are out here freaking with these guys for nothing, to actually get paid cash instead of just a wet a s s.
Now after saying all of that there are reasons why it shouldn't be legalized right?
Let's see here are a few that I can think of;
It will open up doors to other things that are not right as far as the government goes like, making drug sales legal right? or saying it's okay to do alot of things that are illegal now.
Well, I think like this, why should the govorment tell a woman what she can and what she can not do with her own body, it's not like the whore is telling the married guy to come and pick her up off the street corner, If this one whore don't get up with him the next one will, for every street corner the law cleans up, believe you me, there will always be another to take her place. the state is spending a lot of taxes payer money on trying to beat a dead horse, why not take the money and put it some place where it is really needed, like in the inner city school system, instead of doing these so called undercrover stings trying to catch whores or tricks.
Just a thought...............

Yes, I believe so. For one thing, it would improve the health standards Also, legalization would remove a large part of the criminal element from the business of prostitution, increasing the safety of persons working in that field. Given that our society is becoming more sexually open than it has been in the past, it makes sense to me. I've never understood the logic behind making something perfectly legal to give away, but not sell.

Yes, but mandatory STD testing and they should be made to carry a card as to such. Almost like a union would run. Prostitution is the oldest profesion in the world. It has not stopped by now, it will never stop. Make it legal and tax the money.
Heck they tax every thing else.

Yes - then you could pick up a hooker while you were getting that gallon of milk and a loaf of bread at Wal Mart... and they would probably be a lot cheaper there since everything at Wal Mart is made in China.

Why not its the oldest profession. They arnt hurting anybody. Just the people they screw (HIV). But that could help the population problem too. It may help society, more people would be less stressed out and probally commit less crimes. More jobs would be created. Which would make more tax money floating around. It could be good....

some say it already is... its called marriage. what is prostitution? providing sexual pleasure for a price.. money or favors. some say its their body. however.. prostitution funds. other crimes exploits human beings..including children. spreads disease.. is demoralizing... against biblical teachings. causes wear and tear on body ..minds and souls. and yes some girlfriends and wives..do use their bodies to extort..money ..presents etc. it is wrong either way, the gift of love should not have a price tag. ..should it?

As long as both parties involved are ok with it, I think it should be legal.

Yes. It would be far safer for everyone involved (less chance of the women getting hurt and of anyone getting STDs) and the government could tax the **** out of it like they do to everything.
