Ive been trying to do a kickflip for weeks, i can flip it right and the problem is that when i flick it with my front foot i can't keep it over the board while its fliping, it just goes back down to the ground, and i end up landing with the back foot instead with the front foot on the ground left of the board. What can i do about it??????

Yeah, kickflips are frustrating, but dont give up. You need to try and keep your front foot up above the board. I had the same problem, but keep practicing and it will go away. You should also remember to stay lined up with and above the board. Flick your foot off at a bit of an angle, and dont kick it out farther than you need to or else it'll be harder to bring it back and get it in the board. I also found it easier at first to catch the board with my back foot first and then put my front foot on, but that's just me. Give it a try if you haven't already and see what happens. Keep practicing.

Try learning them on a trampoline because it gives yo ua chance to break down the steps and work out the trick a little better while you are in the air. After practiving for a while, you get the hang of it really quick.

oh man i had the SAMEEE problem for the longest time! Then i tried doing it on carpet, not moving, and after 2 days i got it! i couldn't believe it but i did. But the trick is to lean forward and be parallel with the board and when kicking the board don't like kill yourself doing it. Meaning putting all effort into just one time. Do it relaxed.(chessy but whatever) It feels weird at first but after a couple of tries i got it. hope it helps

al right, I have the same problem that you did except that I'm goofy. what you need to do is just try to keep it on top of the board while it's flipping. not too easy I know. but hey, two weeks isn't enough.

Kickfliping is stressful and that i nevertheless have not mastered it yet, yet its incredibly worry-free to learn. the 1st element u desire to do is commence with your much less dominate foot on your tail. you desire to commence with much less of ur foot on the board. THen placed your dominate foot in the back of the front set of nails and close to to the fringe of the board. you desire to have the board diagonal, with tail on the floor and your nostril in the air. whilst thats finished you desire to commence working in the direction of with the aid of in basic terms fliping over your board with your foot so it lands on ur tape. shop working in the direction of untill your turn is quicker. once you think of ur approximately waiting u can commence working in the direction of with your ollie. i think of thats it, yet whilst u want extra help bypass seach it on YouTube.
