The molecules that comprise the cow hair, the grass, the milk, and the cheese are different. Different molecules and different combinations of molecules will reflect different wavelengths of light. Enzymes produced by the cow alter (digest) the intake (grass) molecules to produce many other molecules (blood, plasma, milk, etc). Each of the molecules produced may reflect a different wavelength of light. White light contains all visible wavelengths of light, so we only see the ones that bounce back into our eyeballs. The rest of the light (which is energy) is absorbed by the object. This why light bulbs are white and why wearing black on a sunny day is quite hot. The cow doesn't produce cheese. The cow produces whole milk, which is then processed to form cheese.

Most generally, a black cow is a beef cow, not a dairy cow. It's a fight to milk one of those old gals, so don't think you'd get yellow cheese out of her! You surely know a cow doesn't make cheese don't you? Dairy cows produce milk, man processes it into cheese (which has a bit of food coloring in some) and other dairy products.

It DOESN'T PRODUCE CHEESE. Humans do, by processing the milk. Also milk is a whitish-clear color (translucent) if you look close. Also, the COLOR of the cow has NOTHING to do with it and YOU KNOW THAT. ::sigh::

The cow is color blind so it can't really tell whats going on here.
Please don't tell this to any cow's or they will all go on strike and stop producing milk for us.
