I've got one too but I mostly use it to read other blogs and to keep up with groups I have joined.
It's not always easy to find others - when you do a "search" narrow your field to things like ..... LGBT, gay lesbian. Most often you have to look at the "interests" section or blogs once you get directed to a page. Not everyone posts it in their "about me" section
