The .dat extension is not something you download. It's the extension on a data file.

If you're trying to open a file that ends with .dat, you have to choose the program you want Windows to use to open the file.

wat do u mean by that a .dat file extrension is either a dat exec file or a vcd file format wich can b played by using windows media player
