I have been trying for 2 years for my second baby with no luck. i have fail a coures of clomid and waiting to see a specialist. meantime i would like to try natural therapies to try to get me ovulating any ideas?

I also had secondary infertility. Doctors diagnosed PCO. After using a wide range of conventional fertility treatments I went to a superb reflexologist for an unrelated problem. She "worked" on my feet noting the extreme sensitivity of all the points associated with the hormonal glands. Two weeks after her treatment I conceived -- I believe it triggered ovulation. Again, under two years later, I had another of her treatments, and again, conceived a few weeks later. Possibly coincidental.

After trying for 2 years, I started taking Vitex and I went on a diet. The Vitex helped my cycles to even out and within 3 cycles, I was pregnant. Vitex can be bought at any natural foods store or GNC. Good luck.

I started drinking raspberry leaf tea. It is supposed to strengthen the uterus. I'll know in a couple weeks if it worked for me.
