It is my little sisters birthday is 4 days she turns 19 she is having a baby in three weeks and lately everything has been all about the baby but for her bday i really want to out do everyone and totally concentrate on her because its her day whats a good gift for me to buy her to make her realize just how much i care? And not concentrating on her baby?

Buy her favourite perfume, being pregnant she needs a lift. Women love to smell beautiful.

You didn't say how close she lives to you. What's her fav food? Get take out and take it over to her. Just eat and laugh. Tell her how much you like having her for a sis. Get her a CD of some artist or group she used to listen to all the time that drove you nuts.
