If you are talking about human resources they would be:
1) They have a job title with associated types of responsibilities and pay range
2) They have benefits
3) They have beginning and ending employment dates.
If you are talking about natural resources:
1) They are found either in the ocean or earth
2) They have an extraction method associated with them
3) They have an associated method of preperation for use.
Perhaps you could supply more information next time you ask? People on this forum do not read minds.
