At work, at Whole Foods... The store wasn't open yet (grand opening was in a week). We all just stopped and turned on all the radios and rolled a t.v. to the storefront so we all could watch. We didn't get much done that day... Some people were calling to find out about friends and family members they were worried about... I'll never forget it!

I was at home, I live in Brooklyn. My mother called me and just told me to look out the window and I saw a lot of smoke in the sky, I began to cry when she told me that the World Trade Center was hit, then I started worrying about my family members that work in the city and my god father that is a Firefighter in the Bronx.

So my aunt came and picked me up in the car and we drove to my moms job, and there were people walking in the streets from Manhattan looking for the BRONX!! There were men on the corners holding machine guns, it was crazy.

At work in my office when the news of the first strike came across the radio. So I turned on the TV and watched the rest of the day.

As with Pearl Harbor of previous generations, we should never forget 9/11 and make sure something like it doesn't happen again. And to do that, we need to keep after the idiot islamic wannabe terrorists. Please note, I did not say after regular Muslims.

I was in class...the prof got word at what happened, and put the internet news up on the projector screen...and we all watched the second plane hit. I remember feeling nauseous, and confused...no one thought it was terrorists at that point. I remember thinking..how did a plane fly into a building on such a beautiful clear day. What a naive thought that was.
