i wouldn't call her your gf. you may be left out because you are different. you may be smarter, maybe a little bit more serious than them, maybe you like serious conversations and themes. they could be too superficial for you. people could also think that you wouldn't like to go with them even if they suggest you to come. I know that from my experience. once one guy asked me: what's the difference between a simple friend and a bf? My answer was: a friend is ONLY a SIMPLE FRIEND, a bf is the BEST FRIEND and a BOYFRIEND at the same time.

Some times , we let others take advange of us. Because we don't have any thing else to do. You are going to have to start finding other things to do. Don't make your self available all the time. Give them time to miss you. Then if they are real friends they will come around and call etc. Good Luck Pem

Your friend is too selfish to really have a friend at all. I have a sister like that! She wants to gab for hours about her drama but it never even occurs to her to ask whats up with me. Its just who she is so I really don't have much to do with her anymore. I think you just need some different friends, these people are fake and selfish.

It seems like that are just being selfish. They expect you to tag along which is why they don't arrange things and include you. The fact your friend confides in you concerning problems shows she feels close to you. Maybe bring up your concerns with her and see her point of view.

I will spell it out. They are acquaintances NOT friends. Make new friends. It's okay. People grow and change and more apart. You are a big girl; you can take it. Don't say anything to them about it. Just move on.
