If you only use professional women, you should be safe. They want to live too and are generally very clean and careful, you should be too.
However, whatever the relationship, business or personal, you do not bang any woman's brains out. You still treat her with respect, even if she is a prostitute/escort.
Perhaps if you had a better attitude towards women, you would be able to find one yourself and not need to pay for sex.
