This is my 2nd iui, 1st time using clomid. My RE told me it usually takes up to 3 iui+clomid cycles before you become pregnant, is that accurate?

It really depends on what the situation is... They say usually the 2nd or 3rd... I did 3 IUI and it didn't work... I did IVF and it worked the first time! Good Luck!

I know of women that were successful on the first go, and I know women that had 5-6 and never succeeded. It just depends on your body.

its true but dont you find it wierd that almost every women that gets it done it never works the first time! maybe there using infertile sperm to get more money. usually the second or 3rd after that they recomend an ivf
