I know its legal from Woe vs. Wade I am just wondering what people would think would happen. Woe vs. Wade was a Supreme Court decision in 1973, not a popular vote decision.

It would be banned except in special circumstances like rape, if you are talking a national vote. What should happen is it should be up to the states to decide for themselves, the Federal government has no juristiction to make laws in this regard, particularly the Supreme court which is not supposed to make laws ever.

It's really about right to have a abortion and not about abuse. Most would agree that there are cases where women deserves to have an abortion.

Now people have right to own guns, but there are those who by guns to kill innocent people so should guns be banned because of those who abuse that right? Because of few who use illegal arms should all guns be banned?

You may feel some are abusing the use of abortion, but the right to have abortion need to be protected just as people's right to bare arm is protected.

I believe that if a vote was issued Abortion would be up held. It might be close though. You figure those who were against abortion would come out in droves and those who support it but don't think it was worth going to the polls would of course not vote. Hopefully it never comes to this.

I will not state my position on this issue...but I will say that it has nothing to do with government, in such a personal arena. Government can't support the individual in the results of these decisions...so why do they get to make the decision for the individual? This is what I question. Let's get government out of the equation and deal with the why the issue exists in the first place...then maybe we'd get somewhere.

Abortion is wrong. Plain and simple. You can't say these beings aren't babies. Just look at the pictures and you'll know immediately. Even the doctors and nurses doing them admit that the "tissue" is a living human being. They are just driven by money.

Why do you think you have control of the life form inside you? It was a gift from God and a child of God. Just think if you were aborted how do you think of it now? Give the baby a chance to live. Let Gods will be done. http://www.abortiontv.com/Pics/AbortionPictures1.htm

Touch abortion and you will start a very uncivil war. Angry women with matches and fundi churches don't mix well.
