if your ie tools does not have pop up blocker on it how do tou turn it off?

i need to turn off pop up blocker to view vidio for home baste job when i try to view it it shows me pop up blocked

If you will look up toward the top of your screen, you will see in a yellow bar, an opportuntity to temporarily disable pop-ups, click this on and that should allow...or try holding the shift key down when you type in and ask for the pop up.
