On the TV show miami ink, one of the artists- garver i think- did a tat of a really sad gothic cartoon...?

ANd i was wondering who the original artist is for some reason the name david keeps popping in my head?

i forgot the name too, but last week i saw his work in a book called underground art........its a new book so maybe if you search that youll find what you want.
