how can i prevent getting stanes on my underware! i need help

For the normal vaginal fluids, a pantiliner should do it. There are some longer ones if you need something that's not so tiny.
If you're having abnormal discharge, go see your doctor. He/she'll see what's going on and tell you how to treat it.
In that case, also, avoid panties that are not made of cotton (100% cotton is best), keep using pantiliners, but avoid the scented ones, use a soft soap (baby soap is good), clean yourself always from front to back after going, and don't wear clothes that are tight in that area. If you need to change underwear more than once a day, do it. Good hygiene habits is the most important thing.
I don't know if you are sexually active, but if you are, and you have abnormal discharge, then take a break and follow your ob/gyn's instructions. Your partner needs to be very clean too before any intercourse.
In general, these recommendations that I just gave you work well all the time, not only if you're having abnormal discharge.

Panty liners dont work just were a pad and check urself also wash out ur draws our but new 1's when u get stains lmao...im serious though

If you are having alot of discharge you might want a do c to check you out.
Btw,Take a shower alot and clean yor self really well down there with mild baby soap at LEAST once every other day.Also change your underwear at least once a day.

If you disscharge alot then you need to always take ur bath and make sure you don't put on colours that will expose the stains

there is no real way to prevent it, im sry. But cold water gets stains out the best. Hope I helped :)

i dont know how to prevent from getting stains on my panties but what i do is i go to the store and buy some panties that are ugly and wear those when im on my period such as granny panties. thats the only thing i know to do.
