Yes, most guys care about what we look like. A guy wants a girl that he can do things with and if you are too overweight to enjoy outdoor activities, he may not want to be your companion. If you are not ugly, i am sure you can find a descent looking guy. Not all guys like skinny girls. It just depends on what type of guy you are looking for. If you want an inshape, hot looking guy, than he's going to want an inshape hot looking girl. But please do remember that most inshape hot looking guys are jerks. I suggest going for a guy who has a great personality. When it comes to companionship, a great personality overules looks anyday in my opinon.

Dear I am skinny 5'8 116 lbs. It is no easier being skinny, inbetween, or pleasantly plump.
All guys have their own vision of what beauty is. Looks arent everything. Some men love a smart woman, or one that knows how to cook and keep a clean house.
There is no beauty standard they all vary from person to person.

For a nice guy, how you look is one part of the larger package. If you are really overweight, even nice guys will find that unattractive, but as long as you are within a healthy range (really skinny is unattractive too) and you take care of your self, men should find you attractive.

well i guess u have to be somewhat attractive for a guy to show some interest in you and if you are self confident then it looks like sooner or later you will find yourself around many charming guys

Well yes! some and mostly, if you aren't ugly (and i wonder who could you be) then you're beautiful. In our eyes all girls are beautiful.
