who accepts gift cards?

Received an American Express gift card,who accepts these gift cards online? Already tried to use it,and I am unable to use it as a reg AMEX card,because there is no name on the card,its a gift card.

You might have to actually go into a store, restaurant, etc. to use it. The card possibly has a phone number on the back, give them a call.
