Speaking from a "Mom's" point of view... it is quite all right not to
agree. You are your own person! My daughter and are a very much alike, so we do not disagree very oftem (sometime we seem to be thinking the samething at the sametime... it drives my husband crazy!)
Remembering when I was young though, my mother and I did not get along and rarely agreed on anything also. Honestly we still don't! When you disagree with her is it just in principle or do you really not agree with what she is saying? Are you stopping to think that maybe she might be right and it is not the answer you want to hear?

Agree to disagree and avoid the issues that you can't agree on for the most part. If you want to maintain a relationship with her, anyway.

Is she for you? Is she on your side? Does she really want to see you succeed? If you can answer yes, then maybe you should listen to her more and try some things she suggests. It's normal to be at odds with your parents. If you answered no to the above questions, then believe in yourself and hold on till your of age.

Try to see each others' views. Maybe you could say, "Mom, maybe you should see my view-like this is what I think..." and you could try to see what she's trying to say.
I had to do that with my parents-even my teachers at school, it works. Just try to be as cooperative as you can and be respectful so they'll see that you're trying.

you know you have a mind of your own. listen to what she has to say and then tell her how you feel. Ask
her if you can make a compromise.she should be happy that you are trying to work with her to be closer.

Either pretend to, or stick to subjects that you both can agree on.

Be more specific in your questions. That question is so broad, at it's current state, there's no particular way to really answer.
