when you are in the plane get up high and fly toward the dam and look for a little dot it should be red. i had trouble i couldnt find it either and my bro helped me on that one time but i made a different game and did it myself. good luck oh and watch out for the guards but then go in the building again watch out for guards go up to the generators and i think press triangle or whatever it tells you to! good luck!!

This is fairly straight forward mission. They tell u to go to the airport and get into the plane at the end of the runway. Do that. Then a blimp should appear on your map. Fly towards it and make sure u climb steadly the whole way. Fly through the corona. As soon as u pass through the corona, it will tell u to bail out. Do so. After u get out of the plane , a blip will appear on the map. Navigate your parachuute to the blip, and try to land on the end of the dam quay. Once u land, it will tell u to get the knife to kill the guards. Do so. After u kill the guards, go to the door. Once u get inside, the rest is pretty easy. Just do what it tells u, and u should be fine.
The reason i know exactly what to do is because i have beaten the game almost 3 times (not 100% though). The above should help a lot.
