i play powerback (like fullback) and linebacker (both ilb and olb)
height-5"9"
weight-160
bench-165
squat-225
40 time is around 5 or maybe 5.2
btw i am 16 and a junior, going into a start, what should i work on?

this is my first year at linebacker, i was too agressive at DB and not tall enough, i was put in at linebacker for one game, and gave one kid a concussion and broke another kids wrist, so i am staying at linebacker. And i started special teams in my sophomore year, but i dont know if i will this year because of possible injuries.
