goto Start - Settings - Configuration - Add/Remove Software and see if you can uninstall them from there.

If you want to remove the entire program...
click on the start button
go to the control panel
click the Add/Remove programs
Find the program(s) you want to remove and click on it
A "Remove" button should appear
Click the remove button and the program will be uninstalled

If you only want to get rid of the ICON pointing to the program...
Right click on the icon
Click Delete
When it warns you that you are only deleting the icon and to use Add/remove programs, click OK

do u want to delete the icon or the whole program. if u want to delete the icon - just drag and drop the icon to the recycle bin. but the program will still be there and u can always run the progam when u want to.

if u want to delete the program then u should do as the previous answer provided above.
