I was thinking the same thng, the first couple of season's were good, and now I have no interest in it anymore. What's most annoying is the people who win don't deserve it, I think Mandisa was the best singer this year she should have won.

I totally agree. My husband is an American Idol junkie, but I think that it is SO retarded! Randy is so predictable with his commentary, "Yo Dog, that was just alright for me." And don't get me started on Paula- the one-hit wonder that always looks and acts either drunk or stoned out of her head!

yes, in the beginning it was funny how simon criticized ppl..but now ever show has a 'simon' and american idol just seems like any other show... amazing race is better.

I just started watching this past season, but I usually skip the performances (except for the auditions), and just watch the elimination shows. :)

When one of the most annoying singers win (as this year indicates) it does suck. I probably won't watch it anymore except auditions and the last show.
