what are my rights?when i resale i have to report frame damage and i know value will go down.

if the frame is bent on a day old vehicle the insurance company is going to total the truck.

Yes you do because when you signed the lease agreement
the truck became yours, all you can do is call the insurance company and file a claim

The insurance company of the at-fault driver must pay you full replacement value for the vehicle and you will probably have to hand them the title. Just be sure to be solid with them. Don't agree to anything unless it's full replacement value. Tell them it does not drive straight. Don't stray from that statement. In that case, they have to replace it. Good luck.

You should claim it through your insurance. They should purchase the truck from you or replace it
