Yap south of Palau south of the Philippines.(include Palau)
Guam's some of the best but getting worse. Same for the P.I.
Of Course the South Pacific is all good and budget once you arrive varies between nations. (Fiji is probably the best balance of budget and diving - and you've been there)
Baja California is v. good for things you won't see anywhere else, but not good for coral. Just try and avoid the septics.
Belize and the Yucatan peninsular is the best coral in the Americas, Caribbean vibe, cheap.
If you want to go extreme then southwest Madagascar, good diving, great country (but I warned you).
(edit) agree with previous answer about Truk.

Try back to Aus on the Anaconda II sailing out of Airlie Beach for some great diving on the outer reef. (Aus is better than Philippines and Mauritius)
Most palces you have dived are better than most listed
Borneo and Palawan I have heard are good
Scapa Flow was great for some serious wreck diving but probably not what you are looking for
If you have the budget Mironesia is probably the only destination
that will match or surpass where you have already dived with it's low coral atolls that encircle blue-green lagoons (need a dive buddie?) Chuuk (Truk Lagoon) is your next stop Please let me know how good after you dive there
Have fun!!

By the sounds of it, you won't be able to deal with the two I'm about to suggest, but what the heck.
Scapa Flo, Scotland, for some amazing wreck diving and anywhere in the Great Lakes, where there are 2,000 known wrecks to dive and more discovered everyday. Both are colder environments than what you are used to and I understand that some peopl certed down south just can't deal with colder water. Too bad, though, they have no idea what they are missing.

I found the diving and snorkeling in Jamaica to be the best I've ever seen. I snorkeled in Hawaii, Florida, Mexico, and the Mediteranean. Nothing else came close. Plus the people are the friendliest I have ever met.

I have a friend in Denmark who dives and he said that the best diving he's ever done was in USVI, specifically St. Croix.
I'm not a diver yet, but by August 27 I will be! I can't wait! :)

It HAS to be the Maldives. Been four times and going again Christmas and New Year. Komandoo has a wonderful house reef and is a small and quieter island (only 65 rooms). See www.komandoo.com. They use ProDivers who also have sites at other locations - the link to their website is also on the Komandoo site.
