How do you get more items for a pubic place on Sims 2 for PC?

I just starting creating my neighborhood from scratch, I'm making a couple of clubs and resturants, how do a get a pool table, a dance floor, a DJ, and some kitchen eqiupment like a stove.

Go to the property without a Sim and then just buy what you want!

Remember, for a restaurant, you have to buy the industrial type (it takes up two spaces) stove and a podium. When you go with a Sim, it'll be staffed for you. Have fun!! I love that game!!
