You have a BMI of about 27, which means you're bit overweight. It's okay though, I'm sure you'll be able to lose weight. Try a lot of cardio, which melts fat right off. Eat less carbs, less calories, and more protien. Limit your sugar intake and make sure to eat a healthy sized breakfast, and a small lunch and dinner. Good luck!

If you are really dedicated to losing weight, you can try what I did for prom which worked perfect for me. You count your calories that you consume each day and burn more calories than you took in that day. For example, just read the total number of calories on what you drink and eat, keep a record, and at the end of the day, add those calories up. Now I know if a person runs a mile in 10 mins, he/she burn at least 800 calories. So if you consumed 2000 calories, you should run at least 3 miles. You burned all the food you ate plus some fat. If you don't want to run 3 miles, try consuming less calories. The best thing to do is replace all soda with water and try eating veggies, salads, and beans compared to burgers and pizza. If you really stick to this, the weight will come off. If you aren't very energized to run at the end of the day, go to GNC and buy an energy supplement. It won't only give you energy, it will keep your appetite low meaning you won't be hungry all the time. Good luck to you.

OK well you should stop eating junk food and sodas, drink plenty of water and eat healthy, don't starve yourself but you can limit how much you eat, like instead of eating a full lunch have a bit first then eat the rest like 1hr later this will give your body time to digest the food, if you have a dog you should also take it for a walk this will give both of you all exercise.
Are you can ask your parents to let you take swimming classes.
are if your in a good neighborhood you can get a bike and ride around this is also a good exercise.
Always let your parents know where you will be if you go walking are riding.Have fun and be consistent if you don't you'll just give up.

well I am the same hieght as u and I was 155 and I am 148....and I am still working on losing some more...this is what I do I don't eat after 7 because I heard that it makes u gain weight and if I am to eat after 7 I only eat popcorn or something light even like crackers or wheat thins....then in the morning I skip breakfast at times because I get up later in the day and I eat a small lunch like a sandwich or a box meal that is microwavable and then for exercise I do tabeo or I dance u can make a dance cd or use some music u like to dance too I also sing as well...and I don't drink soda I only drink water or juice....other things u can do is ride bike, swimming, play a sport like tennis something with a lot of cardio, some people do running or walk for so many miles...u can do stairs too like run up and down them....well there is my tips or helpful things hope something works for u

I love Yoga, it keeps me fit. Just get a gym membership and see how much of your time you can devote to it. The more you put in to getting healthy/fit, the more you'll get out of it.
If you can't afford a gym membership then you should go running every night or every morning. And do sit ups as well.
The most important thing is to eat right. And drink plenty of water, it'll flush the toxins out of your system and help you to get to the weight you desire much more quickly.
Don't set your sites too low on the weight scale. First of all, men like woman with some substance, not like 'Twiggy', and secondly, you'll get discouraged if you don't make your goal fast enough.

Walking is the BEST take a walk every day. You gotta walk fast, just doodling along won't make the pounds come off. Stay away from sweets and carbs. You can do anything you set your ming to.
