Please provide more information: How are you transferring songs to the Palm? Are you downloading directly to the Palm using WiFi connection or are you transferring songs via Sync cable/cradle? What file format are you trying to transfer? I would stick to .mp3 file format. Are you storing the file on an SD card? What program are you using to play the songs? I would suggest transfering songs using the sync cable/cradle first, see if the transfer was successful and the songs play, and then start using WiFi to download directly.

To store the music on Palm TX you need to install Rhapsody on PC. and then follow method at:
