they are underneath my chest in the middle of my upper stomache.3 years ago i was diagnosed borderline diabetic,(it runs in my family on both sides)and i dont know if it has anything to do with that.my mom says its just from the heat,but i dont know.if your a nurse or doctor and know anything it would be very helpful!Thanks

Go to the internet, type in Cafe au' let spots, then go to Visual. See if those compare to what you have. If not, try skin spots, visual.
Hopefully, these are nothing to worry about. They may or may not be health related.

It sounds like a skin yeast infection, and you should get it checked out. Yeast infections cause crusty, brown spots.
